BearPairs Mentoring

BearPairs Mentoring is a framework designed to address the many needs of a diverse, multigenerational professional nursing workforce. Mentoring can be defined as "an experienced nurse who has expertise and can be a strong force in shaping a nurse's identify as a professional" (ANCC, 2018). Mentors are individuals who provide information, support, and ideas that facilitate the development of the whole person, not a particular task or skill. Our BearPairs Mentoring Programs are designed to meet the needs of all nurses at ALL levels and in all settings. There are two unique mentoring opportunities for nurses across Children's National, please choose below which track you are interested in to learn more.
