Proposal should include: Aims, Background\/Significance, Methods, and Timeline\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Note: the research project can be at any stage when applying, with the understanding that it will be worked on throughout the year<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants interested in reviewing a sample of a successful project proposal may request one by emailing <a href=\"mailto:hearphm@childrensnational.org\">hearphm@childrensnational.org<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Letter of recommendation from a local research mentor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirmation that your division has agreed to give you 10% FTE to join the program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong><em><strong>If you would like to complete the application in more than one sitting, please click &#8220;Save &amp; Return Later&#8221; at the bottom of the page. A unique &#8220;Return Code&#8221; will be given to you. Enter that code in the top right corner of the application when you are ready to continue.<\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">HEAR-PHM Program Requirements<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attendance at all virtual didactic sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attendance at HEAR-PHM Pre-Course session at the Annual PHM Conference in Summer 2028<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research Project and Deliverable\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Project deliverables will be due at the completion of the program (Summer 2028)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research projects can be at any stage when applying, with the understanding that it will be worked on throughout the year\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mentorship meetings with HEAR-PHM Leadership will occur throughout the year to discuss your research project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Works in Progress presentations to the cohort at certain timepoints throughout the year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliverable options include:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Research abstract submission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poster or platform presentation <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grant application or preparation (local or external)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manuscript<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specific Aims page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Use the link below to access the HEAR-PHM Application for the 2027-2028 cycle.
